Welcoming the School District of Osceola to the ReaXium Family
We’re proud to officially announce that ReaXium has been awarded the contract to partner with the School District of Osceola, marking one of our largest full-scale implementations to date. With over 393 buses, 402 white fleet vehicles, and 23,000 daily riders, Osceola is taking a major step forward in ensuring safety, visibility, and operational excellence across their student transportation system.
A Vision for Safer, Smarter Student Transportation
The School District of Osceola, serving 84 schools and over 74,000 students, issued an RFP seeking a partner that could modernize their transportation technology, improve student safety, and enhance overall efficiency. According to the district’s published RFP:
“The purpose for this Request for Proposal was to establish a partnership with a company to provide Student Ridership Program Software and GPS Services for the Transportation Department to confidently track our students, buses, and white fleet.”
After a competitive evaluation, ReaXium was selected as the top-ranked vendor. The partnership was made official on April 8, 2025, with full implementation scheduled to begin mid-April.
Full-Suite Technology from Day One
Unlike phased rollouts, Osceola will be implementing ReaXium’s full School Bus solution from the start, a move that reflects both urgency and a forward-thinking vision. The district will benefit from:

Before partnering with ReaXium, Osceola was using Synovia for ridership and GPS tracking. However, limitations in technology and support led the district to seek a solution that could:
