Brevard County’s Emma Jewel Charter Academy, Prioritizes School Transportation Safety by partnering with Reaxium.
This September, Reaxium’s team has taken on the task of implementing its School Bus Solution for the transportation department at Emma Jewel Charter Academy (EJCA). Located in Cocoa, Florida in Brevard County. EJCA is a tuition free public charter school serving 300+ students and transporting approximately 200+ .. As part of their mission they “…provide a safe, secure and challenging learning environment, through the responsible use of all resources, to afford opportunities for all scholars to realize their individual potential and to become responsible and productive members of society.”
With this in mind they evaluated and selected ReaXium School bus, a comprehensive service that will aid in providing a safer, more accountable environment for students as they travel to and from school. Reaxium’s School Bus Solution is an effective solution that will replace tedious everyday manual procedures. Helping to make monitoring the students of Emma Jewel Charter Academy more accurate and efficient, while providing parents and faculty a greater peace of mind.
Reaxium’s School Bus Solution will give Parents and Faculty insight to a number of areas such as:
- Tracking the Bus Location
- Monitoring Students
- Ensuring the student boards at the correct bus stop
- Notification of Unforeseen Changes and More!
In Edgar Zorilla’s, CEO and president of Reaxium words, “We know that parents prioritize school safety, not only in the classroom, but also during transportation of their young ones, to and from school. This is a very important aspect to receiving a good education. The new Student Ridership Solution will provide Emma Jewel Charter Academy and parents with real-time data. This will increase safety and security by tracking the student, as well as school bus monitoring, managing the students information, providing rider insight, and developing crucial reports about the student’s travel to and from school at a particular day and time.
The drivers and staff have played a major role in helping Reaxium to complete a smooth integration, aimed at increasing safety for the school bus, drivers, and students this new school year. This new way of monitoring school transportation promises to yield positive results that will allow drivers and staff at Emma Jewel Charter Academy to focus more on the ability for students to continue to learn in a safe environment.
