Delete Your MyReaXiumApp Account

Parents and guardians can delete their MyReaXiumApp account at any time, from the app or by contacting our support team.

From the app (immediate)

  1. Open MyReaXiumApp and sign in.
  2. Select Cancel Access.
  3. Enter your password to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately; there is no waiting period.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, send us the request through the Parents & Guardians support form: write “Delete my MyReaXiumApp account” and include the email address or phone number you use to sign in. You can also call us at 855-732.9486 (855-REAXIUM). Our support team will confirm with you once it is done.

What is deleted

  • Your MyReaXiumApp user account and login credentials, including authentication tokens.
  • Any invitation codes previously sent to you.
  • Your access to student information through MyReaXiumApp.

No records of your MyReaXiumApp user account are kept after the deletion.

What is kept

  • Your contact information as a parent or guardian stays in the system, because it is required for other operational purposes. You will no longer have access to MyReaXiumApp.
  • Student transportation data is managed by the student’s school district and is not deleted as part of this process. See Privacy Policy, section 8.
